Brand new family friendly modern home with in-ground gunite pool set on 18.5 acres with a large pond. 5 minute drive from Lake Waramaug, a 2 minute drive from Hopkins Vineyard and 15 minutes from The Mayflower Hotel. Situated conveniently between the historic towns of New Preston and Kent this home provides everything you need for a relaxing stay including top of the line kitchen, outdoor dining table, outdoor hot water shower, gas grill, fire pit, hiking on property & much more.
Master bedroom has king sized bed with Casper mattress, Eames lounge chair, large format windows and a luxurious oversized bathroom with a deep soak tub and separate shower. TV located in this room.
2nd bedroom has a queen bed with Casper mattress and views of the surrounding greenery from both windows
3rd bedroom has an optional pack n play and queen sized pullout sofa/futon bed equipped with an Avocado mattress topper making the bed just as if not more comfortable than a normal mattress. As well as a dedicated workstation.
2 full baths upstairs with glass shower and fully equipped with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, and hand lotion.
Unfinished basement with washer/dryer. We also have the Peloton and workout area set up down there. Can get cold in the winter - we provide two space heaters but may not be ideal conditions for everyone.
