Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a 3 bedroom home located at the end of a private road, there is lake access, the lake is quaint best for bass in the summer & ice fishing in the winter. The lake itself is shallow so it ices over thick in the winter and the water is warm in the summer. Closest to Theresa where there is small shops, coffee, gas and convenience.
Within 30 miles of Alexandria Bay & the thousand islands(Boldt Castle) and shopping centers in Watertown.
The space
The lake access, to this property is about 1/4 mile down on the left. There is a sign that says private property no trespassing. This property has deeded access to this boat launch meaning you can only launch and move out of the way. There is no beach for swimming and you may not fish from the launch area. There is also a DEC & kayak drop behind this home the first dirt rd on your left head down about a mile on the left take that road in and follow the signs. Guests must be respectful to the neighbors there as I always have been. This lake is their home. Anyone found disturbing the neighbors will be asked to leave.
Other things to note
Please try to keep your pets off the furniture, if they need to be on the furniture use the throw blankets as we are a hypoallergenic household and like other guests to feel at easy limiting pet hair. Pet hair sticks to white bedding. The trash goes in the very large red garage to the right hand side of the door when you leave, someone comes and picks it up. Check in is 2 to 5 PM check out is 9 AM unless otherwise asked so that I can get my cleaners in and out for the next people. During the winter time if driveway needs to be plowed, I need you to reach out to me because I am not physically there and I will make sure it gets plowed for you. There is a trashcan on the porch that is snow melt and salt. It is not to be used as a trashcan. This property is across three different platforms so conversation is key from myself to the guest. Thank you for understanding. I hope that you love this place and I am open for any suggestions that you may have to make this place better! Please do not wash any colored towels or clothes with my white towels! It stains them. If anything is broken and or missing, please just let me know before you leave. I have had so many people take things and it’s hard for me to get them replaced. If I don’t know they are gone before the next people show up. Thank you for taking care of my property.
