A first floor apartment in a three unit building, located up a few concrete steps of stairs. This building is centrally located and we can park 2 guest vehicles in the driveway. The apartment is a private space for our guests, and has direct access to the basement which is accessible from the exterior for our other residents. The basement has free laundry and a pool table/bar space. The other residents mainly use the space for laundry on the weekends.
