Welcome to our home located in beautiful Gaylord. This private neighborhood is located off the beaten path on a dead end private road. Surrounded by nature and only 10 minutes from downtown Gaylord, there is an exceptional amount of up north fun and activities for everyone! Neighborhood sightings have included everything from Bear to a family of Bald Eagles. Amazing Sight!!
Our home offers 2700 square feet of living area with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bath. The lower level includes an entertainment area with plenty of fun gaming. A fireplace offers extra warmth and atmosphere in the winter, a large living room and sitting area allow for plenty of room to relax. There is a wet bar with fridge for beverages.
The master bedroom is extra large with room to set up a blow up mattress for the kids (included). Listed sleeping capacity does not include air mattress. Sleep up to 10 (8 Adults). There are 3 Smart TV's offering full cable access and wireless internet.
There is tons of nearby recreation including Golf, Hiking, Boating, Snow Skiing, Snowmobiling, Hunting and more! "The Natural" Golf Coarse is directly behind the property. Ski resorts are less than 10 miles away. Snowmobile trails are only a couple miles down the road that lead to hundreds of miles of trails in all directions. Ride all weekend and not hit them all. Otsego Lake is only a 1/2 mile away with a public access.
Mackinac Bridge only 45 minutes away offering a full day of fun on Mackinaw Island, Mackinac City Shopping District and tons of other activities.
Come enjoy the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and unwind from your hectic routine. Free wireless will keep you in touch with the world while enjoying the basics of up north life. Just minutes from everything up north has to offer.
