1. Landscaper comes by every other week to maintain the yard
2. Pest control will come by once a month
While we will try our best to not have the vendors come by during your stay, we cannot promise that it won't happen, thank you for your understanding.
Checkout Instructions
- leave used linens on bed
- place used towels in washer
- place dirty dishes into dishwasher & start a load
- let us know of any issues (i.e. bulb out, broken mug etc.) so we may fix/replace right away
- send a note to let us know once you've left & safe travels!
