THE HOUSE: This is a true Maine Cottage just a few feet from the water's edge on Knickerbocker Lake.
You will enter the living room and your eyes will be drawn immediately to the glistening water through the big windows. Next to the living room with WIFI and Smart TV is a table for 2 in the kitchen facing the water where you can watch the ducks, the birds, and the wildlife while dining on fresh Maine seafood procured from Simpson's Seafood or Atlantic Edge where they will cook the lobsters for you to take home and eat. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the washing machine is easily accessible just before the doorway to the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a queen bed in a pine-paneled room with easy access to a bathroom with a tub/shower through the second doorway to a second bedroom and a half bath beyond that.
Go out the back door and it's just a few steps to the dock for easy entry into this beautiful lake for canoeing, kayaking, or swimming. Or have cocktails in the screen house at sunset!
