Welcome to Tequila Sunrise! Located slope-side at Tequila and Lower Tyro, our home offers a true ski-in/ski-out experience—step outside and you're on the slopes!
Inside, you'll find an inviting open floor plan spanning 1,900 square feet, featuring a fully stocked kitchen with essentials like a crockpot, blender, toaster, mixer, French press, coffee pot, and microwave. The cozy family room seats eight and includes a 65" smart TV for streaming and fast Wi-Fi. Set the mood with candles in the fireplace (please do not start a fire!).
In warmer months, enjoy the double-level deck, perfect for relaxing with family and friends amidst beautiful views. The upper deck has ample seating and a Big Green Egg grill, while the lower deck includes seating for six and a propane fire pit.
Ideal for families and groups of friends, our home features plenty of beds. The upstairs loft has a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a leather sofa, an additional TV, and a gaming system. In the basement, you'll find three bedrooms: the master suite with a queen bed, full bath, standing desk, and a lower balcony; a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and its own full bath; and a third bedroom with a lofted bed and bunk beds. All bedrooms have high-end mattresses and linens; please note the lower bedrooms do not have TVs.
A washer and dryer are available in the basement with laundry detergent provided.
Parking is convenient with space for two cars in front of the house, and additional parking is just a minute away in the Wintergreen lots.
