Rowyn's Retreat is a spacious resort with 4 cottages, on Lake Nokomis. Have the large family gathering you have always dreamed of is possible! You can enjoy time together in the common area or the great outdoors. There is 250ft of frontage with 1 private dock.
-Main cottage has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10.
- Cabin 1 has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4.
- Cabin 2 has 1 bedroom, sleeps 2.
- Cabin 3 has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4.
Pets are welcome, but we only allow dogs due to owner allergies. We allow maximum of two dogs per stay.
Fire Pit and Grill
For the grill, guests need to buy their own charcoal or propane. Guests should not leave the grill dirty, there would be an additional charge if left unclean.
For the fire pit, guest need to buy their own firewood and bring their own lighter or matches. We do not provide these. Fire on the fire pit should be extinguished before heading off.
The Lake's water was recently drained as maintenance and prevent flooding to theshoreline. It may not be ideal right now to fish and getting the boat to the dock may be challenge. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions.

• Check-out: 10 AM
• Park within the driveway or your car will be towed
• Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM
• Clean as you go
• Do not damage the property
• Always prioritize safety
• Clean grill after use ($50 additional fee if left dirty)
• We don't allow cats due to family allergies
• Pick-up after your pets
• Pets are not allowed on furniture and bed
• Always put pets on leash when outside
• No parties or events allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately if this rule is not followed.
Hot Tub Rules:
• Shower or bathe with soap before entering the hot tub
• Use clean swimwear - Never use street clothes
• Consult a physician before use if pregnant or if you have health concerns
• Limit time spent soaking (Maximum 45 minutes)
• Glass. Don't do it - Ever. Trust us.
• Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• No children under 6 years old please
• Please close the cover of the hot tub if you are not using it
You use the hot tub at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for your safety whilst you are using the hot tub. You will be held responsible for any damage.
