The “Opal Beach House” sits prominently on a corner lot and is just a short walk to the island beaches, the Balboa Ferry, and the main shopping street on Balboa Island. The Balboa Ferry provides easy access to the Balboa Fun Zone, miles of sandy beach, and a boardwalk that stretches from the Balboa Pier to the Newport Pier and beyond.
The Opal Beach House is a light and bright three story home built in 2021. The first floor has a beautiful gourmet kitchen with Wolf Subzero appliances, a dining area, powder bath, and living room with large pocket doors that completely open to the front porch entertaining and BBQ area. The second floor has all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a laundry room, and built-in desk.
The primary suite consists of an oversized bedroom with king bed and a cozy reading area by the fireplace. Sliding doors open to the deck with views to the water! It often looks as though boats are sailing right through the neighborhood! The primary suite has a large spa-like bathroom complete with heated floors, a fantastic steam shower (so steamy!), and a delightful soaking tub.
