This is a house share BUT you have private space: Private entrance, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom with a Queen Bob-o-pedic extremely comfortable memory foam mattress. In the living room there are 2 futons, both open to full beds, but 1 is slightly smaller (43” wide x 70 1/2” long). 2 work stations that are out of the way when not in use. 4 guests.
Very quiet and safe neighborhood with all the comforts of home. Keypad entry, Wifi, Hotel safe for your valuables, kitchenette with small appliances. Easy street Parking. The best of both worlds: peaceful neighborhood but close to NYC.
