The otdoor patio has views toward downtown Santa Fe. There is plenty of room for a pet with the fenced back yard. And a great setting to relax and read a book, eat a meal, or have drinks while you watch the sunset reflecting off the Sangre de Christo mountains.

The building is easily accessed from the parking lot. It has its own BBQ deck which contains several charcoal grills and many tables and chairs. Parking is plentiful and close to the building. There are no steps to climb from the parking lot all the way through the front door and into the unit.
As the end unit, Hacienda Carolina offers more privacy than the other units.
