The house sits back about 400-450 feet from the water. There is a concrete path down to the water that can be driven on for those who cannot walk down to the water. Everything is new in this house. There is also a separate apartment over the garage that is included with this house. Location is just a straight shot North to Charlevoix or Petosky. Or head South to Traverse City. Many things to see and do up here in beautiful Northern Michigan. Or, a great place to stay and just chill on the lake.
