This floor also features a family room with a wet bar, two pull-out sofa sleepers, and access to a cozy deck with a gas fire pit overlooking the wooded dune. A full daybed with a twin trundle can be found on the lower level, along with an additional bathroom.
A highlight of this cottage is the spacious deck located off the main floor, with views of the surrounding dunes and, seasonally, the Lake Michigan shoreline. Gather everyone for memorable dinners, grill out on the gas grill, and dine at the outdoor dining space. Experience a Lake Michigan sunset while soaking in the hot tub. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the location of this property on a dune, the driveway is quite steep. Trailer hitches must be removed prior to accessing, and street parking for two vehicles is available directly in front of the cottage. Additionally, two parking spots are available in the garage. Please do not park in the cul-de-sac.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 100% refund (minus a VRBO fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus a VRBO fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
