The home has 960 square feet of living space with an attached garage and a cute patio off the back of the home for relaxing or grilling out. Our master bedroom has a queen bed with ample closet space and the second bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed.
The home is conveniently located within a few miles of the beautiful AuSable River with three canoe liveries available for canoe & kayak rentals & trips. If you love to golf the Grayling Country Club is a fun18-hole golf course where you are sure to see some wildlife along the way. In downtown Grayling you will find a few cute retail shops, coffee shops and breweries to check out.
