There are NEW metal roof and gutters with NEW interior and exterior paint and NEW exterior doors.

The Space:
The punch code is located on the side door by the driveway and is intended to be the main point of entry into the facility.
There is a 65" smart TV in the living room mounted on the wall. Hardwood flooring throughout the main floor and upstairs and wood-look LVT downstairs.
There is a 39" smart TV mounted on the wall in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. One bedroom has NEW twin beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed. The downstairs couch is a pull-out that can serve as another bed. A 43" smart TV is mounted on the wall.
The kitchen is furnished with dishes, pots and pans, utilities, grilling tools, spices, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
It has a countertop height cottage-style wood dining table with 8 chairs.
There is a washer and dryer provided in the laundry.
The front yard is a large grass space with level areas for gatherings. The backyard is a 6' tall cedar plank privacy fence.
There is a 16'x20' wood deck level with the back door with an iron table and 4 chairs. There is a propane grill provided on the back deck. Guests are to turn on and off the gas tank for each use. A swing set is provided with a plastic slide to be used at the guest's own risk.
The shed is private and locked to prevent access. The garage is private and will be locked once the punch code lock is installed.
We allow a maximum of 5 cars at the property. The lawn is mowed weekly.
Guest Access:
We send the check-in instructions at approximately 10 AM on the day of check-in. A door code will be included in the instruction but will be inoperable until the standard check-in time of 3 PM. The door code becomes invalid at 11 AM on the day of check-out. Please let us know right away if you are checking in early or checking out late.

This property is close enough to town for all delivery services to cover including Uber and Lyft. Knoxville is known for its outdoor activities including hiking, and water-related recreating, has some awesome bike parks, disk golf, dog parks, and many other outdoor areas. Downtown is fun too!

We require all guests to complete guest portals for information verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, to complete the guest portal.

The normal sleeping capacity is 6 but we allow up to a maximum of 8 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 7th to 10th guests.
Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night.
Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Eastern. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Eastern will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.
Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Eastern. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Check-outs after 3 PM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.
