Cozy newly remodeled Private guest suite with convenient free parking, private entrance and private outdoor space. Directly across from a public park with a free mini library and Miles of paved trails for biking, walking or running.
Family of 4 lives in the main house. We are considerate of guests, however you can and should expect normal family noises. Please keep this in mind when considering our space.
We are all so excited to host you
Located 3 miles from the presbyterian hospital, 1 mile from Santa fe Community College, 5 miles from any retail/food shopping and easy access to I-25.
Brand new memory foam bed, with new pillows, blankets and linens.
Toaster, microwave, keurig and fridge are in the room along with a pack-n-play if needed.
We take pride in our clean, quiet friendly community. The exterior lighting is very minimal as not to take away from the beauty of the gorgeous Santa Fe night skies. If you are arriving after dark please take your time when entering the property to get familiar with the area.
If you know ahead that you will be arriving late, please let me know and I will do my best to add some extra lighting.
