Welcome to your home away from home! Our fully renovated duplex gives our guests easy access to anywhere in the Twin Cities- just an 8 min walk to the nearest light rail station. From there, you are a ride away from any of the stadiums and fields, or the Mall of America.

About our place:
Our rental is on the ground floor of a turn of the century duplex. It comfortably sleeps 5, with 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. One of the rooms can double as an office.
The open concept kitchen and dining area is beautifully designed with new stainless steel appliances and a large quartz countertop. There is plenty of seating to fit all your needs.
The cozy living room is spacious enough for the whole family, whether you are enjoying a fun movie night, or just debriefing throughout the day. It also includes a fully stocked coffee/tea cart.
The laundry room is located in the basement of the property.
The safety and comfort of our guests is our main priority. Our property includes 2 security cameras, both in the front and back. There is also a keypad lock where the code is changed every booking to ensure privacy and security.
*Pets*
We do allow pets! If you would like to bring a pet, please add the number of pets you will be bringing at checkout. We have a $75 pet fee for the total of your stay. The fee is not charged unless you have selected that you are bringing a pet. We provide water and food bowls, as well as doggy bags for easy clean up.
*Events*
Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Please be gentle with the property and mindful of noise that may disturb the neighbors. We do have a $150 noise complaint charge.
