Welcome to your perfect Central Oregon family oasis!
We are a multi-generational family with 3 grown kids and 9 grandchildren that has been vacationing in Sunriver since 1975. We’ve rented a multitude of vacation rentals over the years and have experienced vacationing with every stage of kiddos in tow, as well as couples weekends, and girls trips.
Over the years, we’ve used our experiences to gather information about what would make the perfect vacation home for families and friends to gather together. Now that our family has our own place, we’ve made it our personal goal to create a space for you that is everything we wished other homes had provided for us during our vacation times.
Our multi-level home is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath, air-conditioned house that has beds for 8. There are 2 additional “twin trundle” mattresses under the bunk beds in the kids bunk room which allow you to sleep 10 comfortably. It is located perfectly in a quiet cul-de-sac off of Beaver Drive, diagonally across the street from SHARC and less than a mile to the Village and Fort Rock Park.
Our home features a beautiful open kitchen with bar seating and a new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. It is well stocked with new pots, pans, knives, coffee makers (both drip-style and Keurig), griddle, blender, toaster and everything else you’ll need to cook & entertain.
The open, reversed-living floor plan includes a spacious living room and dining room with vaulted cedar ceilings that create the perfect Sunriver vibe. The vast amount of windows in the living and dining areas create a light environment that feel like you’re relaxing in a treehouse high above the other homes below. The living room features brand new furnishings, TV, draperies, and accessories.
The THREE different decks were renovated March 2020 with brand new cedar/metal railings. These deck areas, including one with a gas grill, create the perfect setting for different kinds of outdoor relaxing. Soak up the sun by yourself on one of two private balconies, or host a BBQ with family and friends on the lower wrap-around deck. There truly is something for everyone at our quiet Sunriver retreat.
Wifi is available throughout the home. There are new flat-screen smart TV's in the living room and all 3 bedrooms that give you easy access to your Amazon Prime & Netflix. We’ve collected a cabinet full of our favorite games, puzzles, movies and books. We include 8 complimentary Recreation Passes to the SHARC, Sunriver Tennis Courts and Boat Launch.
With affordable luxury for family gatherings and small retreats in mind, we’ve left no detail overlooked. Our goal is to provide you and yours with the most comfortable home away from home that you can experience. We want to make your vacation as easy as possible, and have provided all that we can so you have to pack as little as possible.
There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room by all 3 bedrooms. The garage holds an assortment of "toys" including a children's scoot bike, BOB jogging stroller, 2 kids kayaks, an adult kayak, sleds for the winter, 3 adult bikes, and 4 kids bikes. Please note that since we are unable to guarantee the safety-worthiness of bike helmets between guest stays, we do not provide them, and you will want to bring your own safety gear.
Traveling with little ones? Our home is equipped with everything you’ll need to be comfortable on your stay. We have plates and cups for toddlers, a high chair, jogging stroller, scoot bike, pack-n-play, and an adorable play nook under the stairs that is stocked with new safe toys, and designed specifically with you and your kiddos in mind. The nook under the stairs IS large enough and tall enough to put a pack-n-play, or little kid's sleeping bags in, if you're looking for a quiet "fort-like" place for them to sleep. We have removed the door for safety, but it's still a nice little spot that the kids enjoy.
SHARC is a quick walk (nearly across the street) and 8 passes are included in your rental (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic Center). This state-of-the-art facility features outdoor and indoor pools, a lazy river, two water slides, an outdoor adult hot tub, tot splash & play areas, event space that includes an amphitheater for live music, a cafe, park, picnic areas, playground, bocce ball court, basketball court, and a year-round tubing hill. It’s a must for all ages, and normally costs $25 per day, per person, for admission. So on top of everything else, the SHARC passes alone make our home a great value!
Located in the heart of the popular golf resort town of Sunriver, we are conveniently located 20 minutes from Bend, Oregon, and 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor. The area is home to many outdoor activities including skiing, mountain biking, horseback riding, river rafting, hiking, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, sightseeing, and some of the best foodie experiences around.
Fireplace Note: We purchased this property in December 2018 and recently had the fireplace inspected. It does not meet safety standards currently and cannot be used. Please note this during your stay.
Parking Notes: A limit of 3 vehicles are to be parked in the driveway only. Roadside parking is not allowed anytime/anywhere in Sunriver without prior approval from the Sunriver Police Department. To request special permission for overflow street parking, please call (541) 593-1014. Overnight requests will not be granted.
Recreational vehicles (boat, motorhome, snowmobile, ATV, travel trailer, etc.) are allowed at single-family dwellings in the driveways ONLY for the first 48 hours. After 48 hours, the Sunriver Owners Associations (SROA) storage facilities must be used. Both storage areas are fenced, locked (a key code is required), and accessible 24 hours a day. Reservations must be made prior to your arrival. Please note, camping in a recreational vehicle is not allowed in Sunriver.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
