Summary: The staff was super friendly. However, the hotel is under new management so the pool and hot tub were down for renovation; there was no breakfast offered; the ice machine was out of service; the hair dryer had been pulled off the wall and was laying on the clothes rack along with the wall mount: no light bulb in the large lamp. My fee should be reduced because of all the amenities listed in their website were not available and weren’t told to me before my arrival.
