Summary: it was ok. we had to clean up the yard because of nails and screws and roofing materials were everywhere. i got a nail in one tire and glass in another prior to cleanup. had a service dog was a little concerned for after realizing the debris field. the house next door does look abandoned but a nice elderly lady lives there and just doesnt have the help is all. there is a fence but you cannot actually close it. should be good for safety we werent scared for our lives it was actually really quiet neighborhood. Might want to ensure they found remotes to overhead lights and ceiling fans in rooms. it gets really dark at night.
