The Space
You will have our entire townhouse for your enjoyment during your stay. Two Full Kitchens, two laundry rooms, two outdoor grills- one on the deck and one in the backyard. We offer fresh linens and toiletries, as well as complementary coffee/tea.
Long terms stays are welcomed on a month to month basis. We offer up to 20% in discounts for qualifying guests.
The thermostat is locked on the 2nd floor and can be adjusted remotely if needed-just let us know. Remember, hot air rises. Make use of ceiling fans in the bedrooms during summer months to keep it cool.
The lower level tends to be cooler, there is a space heater in the winter months for extra comfort. Extra Blankets, as well as linens for the sofa bed are stored underneath the sectional, on the longest side. Pulling up slowly from the front allows access to the storage space.

Guest Access
Guests will self check- in through the main door via a key-less entry, the code will be provided prior to your arrival. The first stairwell is a common entrance for everyone that leads you to the first and second floor.
Guest Interaction
We love checking in with our guests upon arrival and at the end of your stay. We are available 24 hrs a day whether by phone or in person, just let us know what you need.
The Neighborhood
It is a sort after, quiet neighborhood with many professionals and military families young and old alike. There are many dining and shopping options all within a few short miles.
Getting Around
Camden line MARC station is about 2.2 miles from the house:

You may use this line from Laurel Main street to go to DC (Union Station) on week days- free parking, limited space.
Greenbelt Metro station is about 14 miles from the house: 5717 Greenbelt Metro Dr, Greenbelt, MD 20740.
It is on the green line and is available weekdays and weekends- Paid parking
UBER and LYFT are also options to get around
