Welcome to our condo “House in the Trees” situated within a premier gated community amidst the magnificent north Georgia mountains. Please make yourself at home. It is a smartly decorated one bedroom, one bathroom that will comfortably sleep four guests. The large den has a great stone fireplace with an adjoining dining room. The screened in deck overlooks the golf course holes number 4 to the left, natural forest in the center and hole number 5 to the right. This is our weekend “get away” for most anytime of the year. The unit was completely renovated in 2015 to include new paint throughout, updated kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, screened in the deck, and installed a new washer and dryer. We have a queen bed in the bedroom. The leather sofa in the living room folds out to make a comfortable queen bed. We also have a hammock on the deck, so relax, kick back and enjoy.
