Inside the bungalow, you'll find a comfortable and well-appointed home. The two bedrooms each feature king-sized beds, ensuring a restful sleep. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. The driveway is NARROW AND STEP. You are welcome to park at the top or in the middle, but please do not park at the base as the entrance is shared with our neighbor. During the colder rainy months, please be aware the driveway can freeze just like any road, so park accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE:
Dogs: 2 Dogs UNDER 25lbs allowed. "No exotic or dangerous animals, no dog or cat with any bite history, and no Pitbull, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf or Wolf hybrid or any mix thereof are permitted on the property." Failure to comply can result in removal from the property immediately and no refund.
This area is growing fast and there is construction at other properties around the house so there may be some construction noise from time to time during your stay. We've never had any complaints, just something to be aware of.
Please keep in mind the neighborhood is full of new and old, fun and eclectic, and neighbors keep their yards as they see fit (even if we wouldn't keep ours that way).
