The complex features a beautiful pool, hot tub, deck & gazebo, two BBQ grilling areas, lighted courts for tennis or pickleball, a shuffleboard area, & fishing docks. Boaters will enjoy a boat ramp, dock slips, & storage for boats, trailers, kayaks & paddleboards.
The Space:
Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio with the sunrise over the ocean and a fresh sea breeze! This 1BR, 1BA condo features a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a fold-out sofa sleeper in the living room that will accommodate up to four adults, or two adults with two children. The full kitchen includes a stove/range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances (toaster, blender, 2 coffee makers, etc.) and a complete set of pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses/utensils.
