Located in the desirable Seagrove Villas in Wild Dunes Resort, this top floor, oceanfront, two-bedroom condo is the perfect spot! Take in the ocean breeze and the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean from your balcony, which is only 25 yards from the beach.
The condo is situated on the 2nd floor of Building 10, about 30 exterior steps up to the door. Upon entry of the condo, you are greeted with a comfortable beach feel. The open concept floor plan combines the dining, living room, and kitchen on the main level, which is the perfect space to relax and entertain. The living room has a flat-screen TV, and the unit is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all necessary cookware and everything you need to prepare lunch or dinner in the unit. There is generous seating for meals when you utilize both the dining table, which seats 6 guests, and the kitchen bar stools. The oceanfront balcony is perfect to relax and unwind with a cocktail or read a great book while watching the ocean waves.
The first bedroom is on the main lower level. It has two twin beds and a semi-private bathroom that also opens up to the hallway. The spacious master suite is located on the second floor of the unit. It has a king bed and a private bathroom with granite countertops. Take in gorgeous views from the large bedroom windows that overlook the ocean.
