Deja Bleu: Spend your summer vacation in this one-of-a-kind, Lake Michigan cottage perched in the Macatawa Hills. It has been recently remodeled and features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and has room for 8.
INSIDE THE COTTAGE
This 3-story, 2,300 sq foot cottage is welcoming and home-like, just as a beach house should be.
The main floor features a bright and spacious kitchen, large dining table, living room with gas fireplace, half bathroom, mini bar, and a generously sized screened-in porch. Also on this floor is the gorgeous master suite fit with a private bathroom and walk-in closet.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms that your guests are sure to appreciate. The beds are comfy, there is plenty of closet space, and to top it off, there's a bathroom with a tub/shower combo to share.
The lower level boasts another living room complete with a large flat-screen TV and an air mattress sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper is topped with an air cushion layer for maximum comfort. The laundry room and a quarter bath are also found on this level.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy the peaceful surroundings from the front screened-in porch. Take in the Lake Michigan breeze as you sip your morning cup of coffee or your evening beverage. With comfortable seating and plenty of room, your whole family will fall in love with this space.
The back deck is a great gathering spot, too. Prepare your feast on the gas grill, and then take it to the patio table for all to enjoy.
Just below the back deck is a shed filled with beach accessories for YOU! A beach wagon, six beach chairs, and an umbrella are all available for your use. After a day of playing in the sand, you can conveniently wash your feet off at the outdoor foot washing station out front.
PARKING
Parking is provided for 4 cars in front of the cottage.
SLEEPING
The cottage sleeps 8. All bed linens and bath linens are provided.

Living room – Queen air mattress sofa sleeper, lower level
EATING
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the supplies you'd need for your getaway including pots and pans, dinnerware, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, and all other major appliances. The chef's island is fit with two barstools for a quick bite and the dining table with built-ins can seat 8. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room, so you will always feel connected although it’s spacious. The mini-bar with an ice maker is a real treat as well. :)

THE LOCATION
Ahhh, the beach. Sugar sand and blue waters are just a 3-minute walk down the road. This private, Macatawa Hills beach is right down the way from Holland’s famous “Big Red” Lighthouse. Walk the shore, play in the sand, and soak up the sun – that’s what a West Michigan summer is all about!
Downtown Holland with its many boutique shops, breweries, and restaurants is a 15-minute drive away. While you’re here, be sure to visit Mt. Pisgah, Dutch Village, The Farmer’s Market, and Windmill Island Gardens.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund (minus a VRBO fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus a VRBO fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.
