The home also features a dining table that seats 8 with a fully stocked kitchen and dining set. Cookware includes a gas oven and range, granite counter, center island, a counter top air fryer, microwave, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots and pans, cast iron skillet, waffle maker, Keurig machine, tea kettle and more. Tea varieties and k-cups are on the house.

Q: Why isn’t it allowing me to book just Friday and Saturday and check-out on Sunday? Can I do that?
A: Due to high demand for weekends, we have a 3 night minimum starting on Fridays. You would need to check-in on or before Friday, and check-out no earlier than Monday.
Q: Are there dishes and cooking utensils?
old: A: We provide plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, silverware, spatulas, pots, pans, cookie sheets, and a cutting board. The kitchen also has a microwave and toaster.
new: A: We provide plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, silverware, spatulas, pots and pans, cutting board, etc. We even provide salt, pepper and a variety of dried herbs and spices. Rest assured all your bases are covered, and then some. We've got you covered.
Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Yep! We only invest in safe neighborhoods.
Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! We provide all of this! If for any reason we forgot something, let us know and we will do our best to provision it for you and future guests.
Q: Would we be able to check-in early?
A: Unfortunately, due to the amount of time required to clean the property, I cannot accommodate an early check-in. If you are interested in checking in early, please book the night prior to your stay so that you can check-in as early as you like. We offer the same solution for checking out late: please book an additional night to check-out as late as needed.
Q: I see that you have a guest limit. I’m already at the limit for those who are spending the night, but I also have some family visiting during the day but they won’t be spending the night. Would that be ok?
A: The guest limit includes those who aren’t spending the night. As long as you don’t reach the max limit with those who are in the home at one time, it would be fine.
Q: Do you have an age requirement?”
A: Age of person making booking must be over 25. This is a family friendly home, kids are very welcome.
Q: Is smoking allowed outside?
A: We cannot allow smoking outside due to the neighbors, or inside the home due to the smell.

A: Although we usually direct potential guests to rely on the professional photos and my hundreds of reviews rather than view beforehand, you are welcome to schedule a viewing for a refundable $50 fee that shall be refunded should you end up booking.

A: If you do not have flights that correspond with the check-in and check-out times, we can allow you to drop off luggage on the same day as your check-in (after 11am) for a $50 fee.
