1100 Square Foot, 2 Story Mountain Retreat. Downstairs boasts a spacious Master Bedroom, and 2 Closets. There is a 10x10 Office/Kids Room off the Master through the walk-in closet that has a Desk/Murphy bed and separate entrance. Also downstairs is a large Full bathroom including a full size washer and dryer. Upstairs is a large open concept greenroom flooded with natural light and has a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar and spacious living room. There are 2 huge decks with beautiful views. "The Casista" is situated on our family property and located about 50 yards from our home as well as our Shop/Garage. While the property is secluded, you would be sharing outdoor space with our family. Myself, my wife, our 2 teenagers and Dave who is our dear friend and caretaker of the property. Tons of hiking and trails on the property as well as unlimited forest access very close by. The property is about 15 minutes from shopping in Edgewood or Tijeras and only 20-25 minutes from Albuquerque.
