Pentwater Lakehouse is walking and biking distance to the Village of Pentwater. Sit on the deck and relax and take in the beauty of Pentwater Lake. Cottage has cable TV, WIFI, internet, central air conditioning, gas grille, washer/dryer, deck chairs and cooking utensils. There is a fire pit on the lower level for nighttime gatherings. Small dogs under 20 pounds may be allowed. Master bedroom has a queen and a on-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. Bedroom #2 has a full bed and twin bunk bed. Central bathroom has a tub/shower combination. You can park your boat trailer under the carport and there is parking for 2 cars. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is promptly before 10:00 a.m. We rent from Saturday to Saturday, weekly rate for rent, clean & 6% MI Use tax is $1,722.50. To book half of the rent will be collected and a contract will be e-mailed for your signature. 30 days before check the remaining balance and a $500.00 refundable damage deposit will be collected. Owner supplies mattress pads, pillows and blankets. Renters supply linens and towels paper products and cleaning products. Owner allows renters to use their kayaks.
