Welcome to a little piece of heaven on Lake Charlevoix. The perfect getaway for the family or with friends. 100+ feet of sandy beach lake frontage on one acre of land. Very private yet close enough you can walk to town! In winter enjoy being 15 minutes from Boyne Mountain/Avalance Bay indoor waterpark. Ice fishing right out your front door! Beautiful place to stay for fall color tour and of course summers on the lake! Cottage was completely remodeled in 2017. New kitchen with granite countertops, floors, ceilings, updated bathrooms, added dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Half bath off kitchen has access to outside shower. First floor master bedroom with king size mattress. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms. One with a king and two twins. One with a queen and trundle bed (two twins). Living room also has a pull out couch the can sleep 2 people. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from the dock or the covered front porch, you will never get sick of them! 2 kayaks and a paddle board are yours to enjoy. East Jordan is a small town located on the tip of the south arm of Lake Charlevoix. The East Jordan River enters Lake Charlevoix right downtown. Many kayaks trips available close by. 15 minutes to either downtown Charlevoix or Boyne City. New Dock in 2021
