My property is 4' from Fort Knox
What a surprise to be able to visit your son/daughter on fort Knox , hang out as much as you want, but the best thing of the visit, is, when he/she comes and chill out with you, but in your apartment, play in the garden and BBQ or play corn hole or ball and enjoy the aroma of the flowers.
If you don't want to do that, then drive to Louisville, or Hodgenville, Abraham Lincoln's birthplace and visit the rest of the countryside.
Next interesting excursion is the Bourbon trail. Visit the bourbon distilleries, have some of the famous Kentucky bourbon and enjoy the beautiful countryside.
Bernheim Forest is just 30 ' away, with interesting trails and music nights.
Also, right here in Radcliff there is a cool and serene place, Saunders Springs
Visiting Fort Knox, stop by the Patton museum and the Gold Depot.
My place sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
When you drive on Preston, turn left, pass the garden and park right there on the side. There is a parking sign
Walk through the lawn or the pavement in front of the garage, pass the garage, keep walking and you will find a red door under a red deck and the lockbox is on it.
There is plenty of water and snacks, plus coffee, cups, plates and more, available for you to use.
