Welcome to Beach Bliss! This beautiful home is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom off water home located in the Palm Harbor Subdivision for 10 guests. Enjoy relaxing on the upper deck or hanging out in large fenced in backyard. There is a propane grill and outdoor furniture for guest.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and cable television. Along with a couch, dresser and walk in closet. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and dresser. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom, a dresser and closet. There is also a futon in the hallway upstairs and a small sleeper sofa in the living room. Each TV is set up with Roku so you can log into your personal streaming accounts.
Spend some quality time in the fully equipped kitchen well stocked with all the necessitites to cook up your daily catch for family and friends during your stay.
Rockport's Heritage and Cultural Arts District overlooking the Rockport harbor is only a few minutes from the home. Enjoy Rockport’s beautiful blue wave beach, restaurants/cafes, shopping, festival grounds, fishing, museums, art galleries and much, much, more! re is something for everyone with shopping, art galleries, museums, kayak rentals, duck hunting, bird watching, beaches, restaurants & festivals year around, too mention a few. Cove Harbor Marina is also just a couple of miles from the home and is a great place to lauch your boat and head out for a fun day of fishing on the local area bays and intracoastal waterways.
Pass is also just a few minutes from the property. Enjoy easy access to the bays, intercoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico by visiting The Conn Brown’s Harbor Point Park. The Harbor offers several ramps, bait stands, picnic tables, public lighted fishing pier and a lighted parking lot. You can launch your boat from the public boat ramp at Conn Brown's Harbor Point Park and within minutes, you'll be in some of the best flats fishing areas the Texas coast has to offer! There are piers and miles of shoreline to fish from. Spend the day and utilize our low-cost transient docks and boat pump-out. Pass also has a great family Aquatic Center, Bowling Alley and Movie Theater you can visit when you are not playing on the water.
