This home can easily accommodate a large group of 20, with 8 bedrooms, 5 full baths and one half bath as well as enclosed hot water beach shower. All guests will sleep in a bed of their own, in a spacious bedroom. There is a first floor master suite, five bedrooms on the second floor and two bedrooms on the third floor. There are two fold out single beds located on the third floor, which can accommodate 2 additional guests. Maximum 20 guests allowed. Closets are plentiful. The large living room, and family dining room which is open to the updated kitchen with center island, 2 dishwashers and wine frig will welcome all of your guests to gather and enjoy this lovely seaside home. Your family will love the outdoor spaces! There is a charming wrap around porch, overlooking Decatur and Hughes streets where you can watch the horse & buggies and trollies pass by daily. The beautifully landscaped large private yard is a rarity in Cape May rentals. It has a large play area, bbq grill, double patio seating, plenty of sun and shade, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower!
