This is a beautifully renovated home located minutes from Indian Shores, Madeira Beach and Redington Shores. This centrally located property is within driving distance to all the sandy beaches on the west, including Clearwater, Pier 60 Park, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach and Fort De Soto Park.
If you want to just relax, this 1550 SF property has a spacious open floor plan with a fully renovated kitchen, dining and living room area and 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms to accommodate all your indoor entertainment needs. The backyard has a BRAND NEW SWIMMING POOL with a heating feature (Fee: additional $75/night for the duration of the booking; requires minimum 2 nights advanced notice), and paved decking for the kiddos to take a dip and cool off. Bring your fishing rods so you can do some fishing right from the canal located right in the back yard! Then light up your evening at the fire pit where the kiddos can roast some s'mores.
The third bathroom is conveniently located in the renovated 4th bedroom/entertainment room with access to the back yard and pool, making it easy to wash off after a dip in the pool or lake. There's also a washer/dryer to throw your dirty wet clothes in.
