Summary: Have rented this location several times over the years. Clean, cozy, and pet friendly. Love that it is convenient to parking spots and pool! A few times in the past, although not guaranteed, we have been notified that we could check in early, which has always been appreciated, however this was the first time that we arrived early, and weren't able to check in until almost 15 minutes after. A little disappointed, not in being unable to check in early but not at initial check in. It is stated in the agreement, but it is unfortunate, as the price paid and time of check out doesn't change. A second small inconvenience was that once checked in, someone parked in one of our (2) parking spaces. I notified the property management who responded that they were looking into it. Whoever it was eventually moved and we were able to park in our designated spots. The condo itself is very nice, good size for a family of up to 8. Two bedrooms, (1-master with private bathroom and 1-room with a queen & a twin bunk bed. Close to the beach (WhiteCap). Property & pool is always nice & heated. I think that since it doesn't require a key for entry, there are many using the pool who are not staying there, as it seemed extremely packed. It
