Summary:
This house is full of character and is conveniently located 2 miles from Downtown and 1 mile from WakeMed Hospital. Home is nestled in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. This 1947 beauty sits on a 3/4 acre lot with beautiful, mature crepe myrtle and magnolia trees there is plenty of room in the yard to play.
Our rules regarding pets: we happily allow up to two dogs but do have a pet fee of $100
The Space:
This large and historic charming cottage has fully updated bathrooms with custom tile work. The home is eclectically decorated by film enthusiasts. The upstairs bedroom at the top of the stairs is lofted as it does not have a door but it has a full bathroom with shower. The bedroom on the other side of the stairs with the 2 twin beds does have it's own door.
Guest Access:
Guest's have access to the entire home, front and back yard and parking space for up to 5 cars. if for any reason guests were to need more parking space, please check with the host as additional parking is accessible. The owner's do have two closets that are locked and the garage stays locked as well.
The Neighborhood:
The Charming Craftman Cottage is located in the King Charles neighborhood in downtown Raleigh. We are minutes from The Alamo Drafthouse and Movie Theater, multiple restaurants, shopping areas and grocery stores.
Other Things to Note:
Linens and towels provide for 8 guests and 5 beds.
The house has been decorated by a film enthusiast which is reflected in some of the art work and posters. The art work is eclectic and not to everyone’s tastes.
