Beautiful views of the ICW, Gulf of Mexico and the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge. Enjoy beach combing , kayaking, birding, surf fishing or just relaxing on the beautiful Sargent shoreline! Bringing your boat? The ramp is conveniently located about a mile down from the house!
One of the few Sargent homes with a pool, you can swim in the pool while listening to the ocean waves!
Inside you will be greeted by a bright and spacious open concept living/dining with a fully stocked kitchen! This house has a Pelican Water whole house water filtration system (sediment-charcoal-bone mar) that removes Arsenic, chlorine and particulate. The water and ice are very safe to consume.
