Guest Access:
$150 pet fee if bringing any pets. Max of 2, must be disclosed prior to arrival/booking. Please cleanup after your pet, any damage done by pet will be charged accordingly.

Fast reliable internet, perfect for working remote.
The Neighborhood:
Across the street from Paw Paw Lake. One block off the lake (no lake access). We do have a lot of favorite beaches in the area to recommend.
Bend Bar and grill – 1 min drive (just down the street)
Blackbird Waterhouse – 2 min drive - Atmosphere and apps
Easy Street Inn Food & Spirits – 3 mins drive - So many great food and beer options
T's Tap - Great diner style burger cooked tight in front of you
Hub Central 185 - Great Breakfast!

Some bars and restaurants with in walking distance!

Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:
1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?
4. Are you bringing any pets?
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.
We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
HOUSE RULES
11:00 pm Quiet Hours 21+ to Book
$150 pet fee if bringing any pets. Max of 2, must be disclosed prior to arrival/booking.
We do have RING Camera's outdoors.
Must check out by 11:00 am or will be charged $50 per 15 min past check out time.
No smoking or vaping (of anything) inside the unit.
$500 fine if home smells like smoke Must book for total number of guests staying/visiting the home.
$100 per unauthorized guest/night.
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper).
It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
