The main level has open concept living space with dining area (seats 6-10) well-equipped kitchen with island (seats 4), and large half bath with laundry. Upstairs, the large primary bedroom has two queen beds (sleeps 4) with panoramic views of the lake. Second bedroom has two double & twin bunks (sleeps 6). Third bedroom has full-sized bed. Full bath with shower and jet tub located upstairs adjacent to bedrooms.
Outside you will find plenty of outdoor seating on the deck and lakeside fire pit with Adirondack chairs to relax with family and friends. Property includes ample private parking (up to 6 vehicles) and strong WiFi (for remote work or streaming).
Canada Lake is a favorite in the area for recreation. The property has shallow, sandy waters that is ideal for swimming and perfect for kids! Enjoy all Canada Lake has to offer by exploring with our four kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards (life vests included). Lake depth makes it a fisherman's paradise for catching brown trout and lake trout. Only five minutes to a beautiful 18-hole golf course (Nick Stoner Municipal) and Pine Lake Park with ice cream, public beach and mini golf.
