Catch huge walleyes off the end of the dock during the summer or walk right out onto the ice during the winter! Enjoy coffee from the picturesque deck and evening campfires lakeside or just play in the spacious yards. Gorgeous updated home with huge yard and lake views that can't be beat. Dead end road with boat launch 1/4 miles away that can be used during the summer or winter onto an ice road.
Boat lift on site with covered harbor slip available at local resort 1/4 miles away available as well - boat must be 95” inches or less wide to fit into slip, but larger bosts can fit on lift.
****Dock and boat lift come out early October and there is no flexibility with this. However, the harbor slip will still be available for boats that will fit****
Lakeshore is rock that quickly transitions to a hard sand bottom and is 4 - 5 feet deep at the end of the dock. Great for spending the day playing in the water or easy access to walk on the ice and catch some walleyes!
Note that you cannot drive onto the ice from the backyard due to the steep bank that cannot be altered.
