This charming one-bedroom cottage has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Located directly on the lake affording you wonderful views of waterfowl and all sorts of nature abound. There are fantastic walking and biking trails nearby that stretch for miles through the amazing hills and mountains that Northern Vermont has to offer. This recently renovated cottage provides a fully equipped kitchen and updated bathroom to give you all the comforts you need to unwind on a magical vacation.
The cottage is conveniently located close to Canada, 45 minutes to Von Trapp Family lodge, and a scenic 30-minute drive through the mountains to New Hampshire.
Pontoon boats, paddle boards and kayaks are available for rent on the premises for your pleasure.

$200 PET DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED AT TIME OF CHECK-IN AND RETURNED IF NO DAMAGE IS INCURRED AT CHECK-OUT
PET POLICY:
1. COTTAGES WILL BE LEFT CLEAN AND FREE OF PET HAIR UPON DEPARTURE.
2. NO DAMAGE TO THE COTTAGE OR PROPERTY DUE TO PET ACTIVITIES.
3. PETS WILL NOT BE LEFT ALONE AT THE COTTAGE.
4. ALL DOGS WILL BE ON A LEASH WHILE OUTDOORS
5. PETS WILL NOT DISTURB OTHER GUESTS.
6. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RENTAL BOATS.
7. ALL PETS WILL BE CLEANED UP AFTER. (POTTY PICKED UP)
