Welcome to Oak View's main house! Located just 6 minutes from the town of Round Top. This newly renovated, private oasis is a 3 bed, 3 bath home that sleeps up to 6 people. Take a dip in the unheated pool during the day, grill out for dinner and relax by the fire pit in the evening. For additional guests, consider booking the entire property which comes with the guest house and can sleep four more guests! CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE NOT ALLOWED!

Guests will have access to only the main house. The outdoor amenities (unheated pool, grill, and fire pit) are shared with the Guest House.
Getting Around:
You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.
Other Things to Note:
- This property may have other guests on the property at the time of your stay in the Guest House. The pool, fire pit, and grill is shared between the two houses. A full property buy-out is available, please inquire!
- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.Must be over 25 to rent this home. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE NOT ALLOWED!
- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $39 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.
