Welcome to our stunning luxury home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely neighborhood, this pet-friendly 5,300 square foot house is the perfect vacation spot for the entire family. With 5 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 luxurious bathrooms, everyone will have their own space and privacy. But the real showstopper of this home is the outdoor space. The spectacular pool house, equipped with its own bathroom and kitchen/bar, is the ideal spot for entertaining, while the pool with diving board, large patio, and fenced backyard provide ample opportunities for relaxation and fun.
Inside, the home boasts 5 TVs, 3 fireplaces, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking up a delicious meal. The hearth room and great room both have access to and views of the beautiful backyard oasis. All of the bedrooms feature upscale styling and accessories as well as top-quality bedding and linens to ensure a wonderful night’s sleep. And for the ultimate luxury, the primary suite features a king-sized bed, a 2-sided fireplace, and a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom.

We have exterior cameras (there are NO cameras inside the home).
The base rate covers the first 5 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 6 and over (kids 5 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.
No smoking inside the house or garage. Guests who smoke will be charged a $4,000 fee for smoke odor removal.
Shoes must be removed before entering carpeted areas of the house.
No parties or additional guests who are not included in the reservation. All guests and dogs (max weight for dogs is 30 lbs.) must be included in your guest count in your reservation. No cats or any other pets allowed.
Other general rules:
1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways.
2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times.
3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm.
4. No outside amplified music, bands, DJ's or anything similar is allowed.
5. Cars should be parked in the garage, on the driveway or directly in front of the house.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13. Return furniture to its original location. Failure to do so will result in a $250 fee.
14. The pool is usually open between approximately mid-May and mid-October or so depending on the weather. If your reservation is near this time of year, please confirm with us that the pool is open for the season if you intend to use it. During the season the pool is kept at 75 degrees. If you would like the pool temperature turned up, the cost is $25 per degree per day. Please let us know at least 1 day prior to check-in so that we can be sure the temperature is set for you. Our maintenance team comes at least once a week to ensure the pool remains in great shape for guests. They will typically be in and out within a half hour or so.
