If you are lucky enough to be here in the Summer (yes, it is hot, but it is a dry heat!) the monsoonal lightning shows from the back patio are spectacular!

The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house with access to the outside patio. Love the Sophisticated Cowboy and Cowgirl theme in here. Curl up in the chair with your favorite book and enjoy the fireplace on a chilly day.
On the east wing of the home, the Frida Kahlo guest suite has an en-suite bathroom, coffee station and a private patio with water feature and lounge. Tons of wildlife in the desert and you may spot an Eagle!
The Cowboy and Indians twin bedroom has a TV and its own bath with an entry to the outside back yard and patio. Two additional roll away beds are available to sleep 10 in the home.

The spa and pool run on propane, which is very expensive to operate. You may heat the pool, along with the spa, for an additional fee of $138 per day. If you do not want a heated pool, the spa may be heated alone for $66 per day. This is an optional fee and not required to rent the home. During the months of June, July, and August, the pool will not be heated but you may use the spa free of charge.

This hacienda sits slightly East of Scottsdale, over the McDowell Mountains. Fountain Hills is known for its Dark Sky's Fountain Hills offers Star Gazing for all! Fountain Hills also has the Largest fountain with a small town charm. Walk around the fountain on its well lit and paved sidewalk and enjoy the artists sculpture, flora, murals and desert wild life. The fountain goes off every hour, on the hour for 15 minutes. Charming restaurants along the Avenue of the Fountains and along side the lake. Great Hiking throughout and around Fountain HIlls. Spectacular 360 degree views of Four Peaks and the Valley beyond.

Best to have a car, as the Valley is very spread out and it would be difficult to get a Uber or Lyft in this small town.
