The house sleeps 10 in 3 king beds and 2 queen beds, and also has a double fold-out sofa bed available in the den to accommodate 1-2 additional guests. The yard features lawns, rose garden and fish pond on one side of the home, and a patio with barbeque, dining furniture and a fire pit on the other side.
