Waterfront Lake Wyola house. Is a magical place for swimming, kayaking, fishing, birdwatching and watching sunsets. Conveniently located near Amherst, Northampton and the five collage area.
A well equipped kitchen has dining area and slider patio doors towards the lake.
The living room has a futon sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements. The room also has some comfortable chairs, a smart TV, DVD player, a collection of books and DVDs.
Off the living room is the lakeside enclosed porch. A favorite space in any weather with windows on three sides and white washed wood walls and ceiling. At one end is a additional dining space and at the other end is a setting area with board games and puzzles to stay entertained.
The main floor has the 3/4 bathroom(shower, no bathtub).
The second floor is where the bedroom is located. A large room with a queen size bed, along with a twin size bed. With views of the lake and a couple of chairs and desk. It’s a nice quite space to spend time.
The lakeside yard has a picnic table, charcoal grill, lounge chairs, additional chairs and a fire pit. One of the trees is a favorite place for the American Bold Eagles who nest nearby.
The walkout basement storage has 4 kayaks, beach toys and additional outdoor furniture if needed. Next door we have availability, a canoe and row boat for more boating options.
