Beautiful wooded views from every window of our 1700 sq. ft. home. This 4-season getaway is private yet minutes away from resort amenities and local attractions-a great place to have fun and escape!
Located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire, just 2 hours from Boston, there is plenty to do just outside our door–no matter what the season! Minutes from the Community Recreation Center you’ll have access to two outdoor pools/two indoor pools/hot tubs, basketball and tennis courts, gym, sauna, game room and locker rooms–along with poolside food and beverage service during the summer. You’ll have access to the Center through 1 guest pass–extra passes can be purchased ($25 per day Friday - Sunday, $15 per day Monday - Thursday, $10 per day 65+, children under 7 get in free with an adult pass). Also within Waterville Estates is Campton Mountain, a small but mighty ski mountain with a lodge/restaurant and roaring fires during the winter–a great family place to ski. We are also 15 min. from Waterville Valley Ski Area and many state parks that are great for hiking.
Our home includes a large entry way/mudroom with laundry–a great place to leave wet ski boots and hang jackets as you walk in the door. Two steps up lead to the main living area of the house which consists of an open layout with the kitchen, dining area and living room–so there is plenty of room to spread out. The first floor has one bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a full size bathroom. A large leather couch and flat screen TV offers a great place to relax by the warm wood stove after a long day of hiking or skiing! Cathedral ceilings give it that bright, airy feel, as you look up to the 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One bedroom with 2 twin beds and a master bedroom with a master bath.
