Beautifully renovated home in the private seaside Great Harbors community, perfect for a Cape Cod summer getaway! This home offers central air for those hot days, and a backyard oasis with gas fireplace for when the sun goes down. The home is stocked with everything you may need. The community clubhouse offers a swimming pool & toddler wading pool with lifeguards, tennis courts, playground, shuffleboard, basketball court & clubhouse with fun events! (Additional fee for some amenities)
In addition to the Great Harbors clubhouse amenities, the neighborhood itself is roughly a 2-mile circle that is great for walking, running or biking. You can also access Great Pond and drop your kayak or paddle board in to enjoy the sunrise or sunset.
This is a ranch style home, which also offers a bonus room on the main floor, and a basement media room. The media room comfortably fits a queen air mattress.

The house features a dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer & dryer, and central air.
The home includes glassware, flatware, indoor/outdoor cooking utensils, pots, pans, and cutlery. Guests to bring their own cooking supplies, food, and beverage.
The Full bath has a private entrance off the master bedroom and features a full bathtub. It is also accessible to/from the 1/2 bath.
The half bath is located across the hallway from room with two twin beds. It features large closet where towels, first aid kit, and a bunch of storage for your beach towels toiletries. I will provide hand towels and a few bath towels. I suggest bringing your own bath towels though. Beach towels are not provided.
Outdoors you will find a large dining table and outdoor couches to relax and unwind.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a renter's fee of $240 dollars for the week to use the pool, tennis courts, and club house facilities. This fee covers up to 6 people. This fee is NOT included in the weekly rental price, but can be added on if you choose. You may rent the house without using the facilities. The main pool does not allow water wings or floaties. There is no additional fee to use the playground or pond where you can swim or kayak. Kayaks are not provided, but you may bring your own.
