Unlike the others, This classic keys conch home is located on a private lot right on the ocean. The Awesome waterfront views while sitting under the tiki or in the 2024 swim spa are our guests favorite spots. The one story private property boasts 3 bedrooms, two baths and an additional outdoor shower. The home is beautifully decorated (not a typical rental) well maintained and adequately supplied. The private pier allows access for kayaking, or fishing. Home is supplied with 3 kayaks, a peddle boat, 2 paddle boards , 5 bicycles a few fishing poles and even snorkeling equipment for outdoor fun. The lot is large enough for parking a trailer with a boat. Local boat launching is available a few streets away for daily use, as there is no access by motor boat to the pier.
