Enjoy this spacious 600 SF private AC suite with no cleaning fees, including a large living room with a new 85 inch QLED television, comfortable sofa, one bedroom with a king and one with a queen (both Tempur-Pedic beds), full bath, full kitchen with microwave and convection oven, outdoor grill, High Speed Wi-Fi, Apple computer, large drive through parking area. White Rock is a low crime area. Home located on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The space
Kitchen includes a top-freezer refrigerator with drinks provided, microwave, convection oven, toaster, 2 burner stove and sink. Also included is Keurig coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, along with granola and cereal bars, oatmeal, and popcorn.
The centrally air conditioned Guest Suit has the thermostat in the living room and the entire home's floor duct system has been recently reconditioned and sealed.
Foam mattress is stored in master bedroom's closet for extra guest.
Guest access
Drive through parking is available for four vehicles. Advanced notice is needed for additional space for RVs, cars, or trailers (up to 50'). A 30 amp hookup is next to the parking area. Additional parking in the street is available for daytime use.
Take a walk or bike ride (bikes provided) behind the house on the trail that leads to the beautiful White Rock Overlook Park and Canyon and miles of mountain bike trails. It is only a 25 minute drive to Pajarito Ski Hill, 20 minutes to Bandelier National Monument, 45 minutes to Santa Fe and 1.5 hours to Albuquerque.

Los Alamos has excellent water. The host provides a water filter pitcher if desired.
There are also snacks and breakfast items. Replenishment of supplies will be up to the guests. Smith's Grocery is less than a mile away.
The Elementary school two blocks away is building a new section of the school, so some construction noises may be heard during working hours.
